With over 700 custom courses and a proven track record as a CEO and entrepreneur, Wallace has built multiple multi-million dollar companies and helped shape workplace cultures through his engaging training and mentorship. A former corporate executive and Baylor University alum, Wallace started his first business at 20 and retired by 32. Today, he continues to empower leaders and organizations nationwide. Outside of business, he’s a devoted husband and father of six, passionate about strengthening families through his faith-based series, 15 Minutes of Family.
