Back to the Basics Health Screening Event
Come join us for a community event with free screenings and vendors! There will be onsite Mobile Health Units provided by Texas Health Resources and The Black Heart Association. Appointments are not required but requested for mammograms and well woman exams. Mammograms (40 yrs and older) * Well Woman Exams (18 yrs and older) * Take Home Colon Cancer Test Kits (45 yrs and older) PSA screening (40 yrs and older) Blood pressure check Diabetes Screening Full lipid panel Genetic testing *To make an appointment for THR call: 1-855-318-7696 Schedule a screening appointment Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Walk-ups are also welcome.
